Better than any nove

Better than any novel or soap opera, my life has seen it all. From a 5 star hotel existence on various continents, through to parenthood, divorce and lone parenting; the suicide of a loved one, a working life behind prison bars, dealing with ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Asperger's, the gambling and drug addiction of some of the people around me; moving countries, caring for elderly parents, starting and running a business, a constant weight battle and a personal finance situation that hit rock bottom.

There have been many battles and some huge achievements.  It just goes to show there are no barriers to what life wants to give us. It's how we adapt to the experiences, what we learn from them and how we use that knowledge that counts.
Educationally school was okay; but it was a bit later in life that my greatest academic achievements came about. My introduction to psychology was to open many doors, including those to a lot of prisons! Working with some of the most infamous criminals of recent British history has given me a wealth of knowledge and insight into the workings of the human mind.

I am now at a time in my life where I can offer both professional and personal insight into many situations that you may be struggling with or putting off because you think you are the only one in that place.  Just as life's experiences are limitless, so too are life's solutions. Let me show you the way.

Happy New Year Here´s to a brilliant 2012

Here´s to a brilliant 2012

Especially on these days as we count the days to a new year,

we are torn between looking back over the last one and thinking what could be for the next one.

2011 has not been an easy year globally,

so for many of us it may not be one we want to look back on with great joy,

but no matter what we have been through, there have been some good points .

Where we are today is the right place for making tomorrow what we want it to be.

2012 a new start, a clean slate but only if you make it so.

If your thoughts and actions are the same on the 1st January as they were on the 31st December nothing will change. However, if the 1st of January see a new dawn of intent, determination and focus 2012 will be all you want it to be.

Four keys to a successful year.
1.Know what you want (be honest with yourself)
2.Be accountable, set targets, three months, a month, weekly, daily
3.Learn from people who have achieved what you want, be open to new ideas,
4.Believe you are worthy and deserve everything you want

Don´t beat yourself up if you have an “off day”, pick up the reigns and keep going. Each day and each year are your blank canvas to design your life as you want it.

Here´s to a brilliant 2012

Get All That You Want

For a mind clear out and a clear direction
contact me

Most people, spend most of their time thinking about what they don´t want.

I don´t want to be late,
I don´t want to struggle financially,
I don´t want to mess up this relationship,
I don´t want to be fat.

Spending all your energy and time thinking about what you don´t want does not leave you much time or energy to think about and do something about what you do want.

Concentrate all your energy and time thinking about what you want,

I love eating healthily,
I really enjoy buying new clothes in a smaller size, wow
my relationship is just amazing
everyday, money comes easily and frequently to cover all my outgoings,
I am well organised to be at all my appointments early.

Doing this over and over again,
will make you concentrate and think about all the things you want. Then all that wasted energy and time will turn into something productive.

Keep at it and see how much you achieve.

Here´s to a brilliant New Year

When you change the way you look at things,
the things you look at change.

Thought for the day 28th Dec

Thought for the day

This time of year we think about giving and receiving presents, but when was the last time you gave yourself a present of a new future, as new start?

It is not as hard as it seems, take a piece of paper and a pen, in a quiet room and write down things you want and things you want to achieve in the next year.

Don't be limited by cost, or location.

What is it you really want?

Then copy the list out and put each one in a place you look at regularly each day, front of the fridge, back of the front door.

Get these into your mind, then see how creative you will be at finding a way to get them.

Not just in what and who you know now, but things, people and opportunities that come into your life to make them happen.

If you can see it, believe it, you can make it happen.

Happy New Year, with health, wealth and happiness
